Pick the right Gemini model for each task, then call it the way your code already works.
Match each workload to the Gemini model that fits it best.
Three steps to your first Gemini request on APIMart.
Create an APIMart account and top up your balance. The balance works for every model on the platform, including the Gemini API.
Generate an API key in the dashboard. No Google Cloud project or Google API key is needed, and the same key calls every Gemini model.
Call /v1/chat/completions with the OpenAI SDK, or the native generateContent endpoint, using a model ID such as gemini-3.8-flash. You can also try the playground above first.

Answers about Gemini models, pricing, keys and integration on APIMart.
APIMart's Gemini API includes Gemini 4 Argon, Gemini 3.8 Flash, Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview, Gemini 3 Flash Preview and the Gemini 2.5 family (2.5 Pro, 2.5 Flash and 2.5 Flash-Lite), with -thinking and -nothinking variants for some models. The model list on this page loads live, so it always shows what you can call right now.
Start with Gemini 3.8 Flash for most coding, agent and everyday tasks. Move up to Gemini 4 Argon for the hardest reasoning, math and engineering work, and use Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite for high-volume, cost-sensitive jobs such as extraction and classification. Google recommends 3.8 Flash or 3.5 Flash-Lite for new projects instead of the 2.5 models.
Gemini 4 Argon is Google's flagship reasoning model and the first Gemini 4 model, released as a stable model in October 2026. Google built it for complex software engineering, deep math and science problems and autonomous multi-step agents. On APIMart you call it with the model ID gemini-4-argon.
Call the model ID gemini-3.1-pro-preview with your APIMart key, through /v1/chat/completions or the native generateContent endpoint. Google built Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview to improve on the Gemini 3 Pro series with better thinking, better token efficiency and more reliable tool use in agentic workflows. As of October 2026, the Gold member price is $1.60 input / $9.60 output per 1M tokens; see the pricing table for current rates.
The Gemini Flash API on APIMart covers Gemini 3.8 Flash, Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite and Gemini 3 Flash Preview, plus the Gemini 2.5 Flash models. For new work, Gemini 3.8 Flash ($0.60 / $3 per 1M tokens for Gold members as of October 2026) is Google's most intelligent Flash model, and Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite ($0.24 / $2) is the low-cost option. One APIMart API key works for every Flash model.
The Gemini API is billed per million input and output tokens, and each model has its own rate. As of October 2026, Gold member prices are $1.60 input / $8 output for Gemini 4 Argon, $0.60 / $3 for Gemini 3.8 Flash and $0.24 / $2 for Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, with a lower rate for cached input. The pricing table on this page lists current rates for every Gemini 3 and Gemini 2.5 model.
Yes. The prices on this page are Gold member prices, already 20% below list price. Platinum and Diamond members save even more, up to 28%, and you only pay for successful requests.
Sign up for APIMart, open the API Keys page in your dashboard and create a key. You do not need a Google account, Google Cloud project or Google API key. The same key works for the Gemini API and every other model on APIMart, with pay-as-you-go billing and no subscription.
Yes. Keep your OpenAI SDK code, set the base URL to APIMart, use your APIMart API key and call a Gemini model ID such as gemini-3.8-flash or gemini-4-argon through /v1/chat/completions.
Yes. APIMart also accepts Google's native format at /v1beta/models/{model}:generateContent, and streamGenerateContent for streaming. Send your APIMart key in the x-goog-api-key header. See the APIMart docs for full request examples.
Yes. Add cache_control to the last content block of a stable prefix, such as a long system prompt or a fixed knowledge base, and set a TTL of 5 minutes or 1 hour (5 minutes by default). It works with both the OpenAI-compatible and native endpoints, and cache hits are billed at the cached-input rate shown in the pricing table.
Some Gemini model IDs on APIMart carry a suffix: gemini-2.5-pro and gemini-2.5-flash come in -thinking and -nothinking versions, gemini-3-pro-preview has a -thinking version and gemini-3-flash-preview a -nothinking version. -thinking IDs are deep-thinking versions for complex problems, and -nothinking IDs skip the thinking step for faster replies. Each variant's price is shown in the pricing table.
They remain in APIMart's price table for existing integrations, but Google deprecated Gemini 3.7 Flash and Gemini 3.5 Flash on October 8, 2026, routing their requests to Gemini 3.8 Flash and Gemini 3.6 Flash, and has shut down Gemini 3 Pro Preview. For new projects, use Gemini 3.8 Flash, or Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview instead of 3 Pro Preview.
No. APIMart does not provide a free quota for the Gemini API. Gemini models are pay-as-you-go by token usage, you only pay for successful requests, and members save 20%–28% on every price.
